HCG is a hormone produced by the placenta once a woman becomes pregnant. HCG stands for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, and is a natural chemical the body creates that can also help both women and men lose weight safely when done correctly.

There are a few things about the HCG Diet that is different from most other diets…
Loading days are the cornerstone of this Diet. When starting your diet the first few days are considered “loading days,” and you need to eat a lot of high fatty foods. If you have any foods that you are just dying to eat but know it is not healthy, make a list of those foods ahead of time! If you do have any tempting food, this is the best time to have that last greasy, cheesy hamburger with onion rings before moving forward into a healthier you!
There are no cheat days. If you eat something you are not supposed to, it can take up to 3 days to recover from the progress you have lost! You can only be on HCG for a set amount of time, so your body does not become immune to the fat burning powers it provides. If you are going to cheat on a diet, you cheat yourself.
This program is not just a Diet. During the diet you will learn to eat healthy with meal plans and options to make food fun and simple.
