We would like to make a challenge to all the people that care about their skin. We have found that the majority of people have trouble with the following 3 areas that lead to more damage to our skin and faster aging.
Wear SPF every day. We have written quite a few blogs about sun care but we want to be sure that we are getting our point across! Every Day means exactly that. And not just on your face, you should also cover your neck, hands and arms too. The sun is the number one reason we age and no matter the time of year, exposed skin should be covered and protected from the rays that lead to early aging and severe damage. Wash Makeup off before bed. Our skin needs time to breath and heal overnight. When we fall asleep with products that do not help this process, they can become a big problem. Make-up can clog pores and over time develop congested areas that you did not have before. This can lead to blemishes, enlarged pores, and even infections. That extra few minutes of washing your face before lying down can save you from future breakouts and skin concerns.
Keep Hydrated. Applying moisturizers dally helps your skin stay hydrated.
